At The CCWC Network Corp, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services, including but not limited to SEO, social media marketing, content creation, PPC advertising, and consulting. Due to the nature of our services—which involve significant time, effort, and strategic resources—we maintain a strict No Refund Policy on all purchases and engagements.

No Refund Policy 

1. Digital and Custom Services

All services provided by The CCWC Network Corp are custom-tailored to each client’s specific goals and business requirements. Once a project has been initiated or work has commenced, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the outcome.

2. Consulting and Strategy Sessions

Payments made for consulting calls, strategy sessions, and audits are non-refundable. Scheduling changes can be accommodated with at least [24–48 hours] notice.

3. Subscriptions and Retainer Agreements

Clients enrolled in monthly retainers or subscription-based services may cancel future billing with [30 days] written notice. However, no refunds will be given for any fees already paid.

4. Performance Expectations

While we strive to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, traffic, or rankings), and refunds will not be issued based on perceived lack of results.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing all required information and access in a timely manner. Delays in response or incomplete information may impact project timelines and results, and do not qualify for refunds.

6. Chargebacks

Any client initiating a chargeback or dispute without attempting to resolve the issue with us first will be considered in breach of this policy and subject to termination of services.
